Reservation Guidelines for the 2025-26 Academic Year
- Students may reserve up to 20 hours of private study space per week (in blocks of up to 4 hours per reservation). Docking stations on the 4th floor may be reserved for up to 20 hours per week (in blocks of 2 hours per reservation.
- All students will be required to check-in to the study space or docking station upon arrival by scanning the QR code at the location and entering in your check-in code that was sent in your confirmation email.
- All reservations will be held for 15 minutes after the reservation start time. If students do not check in within 15 minutes, their reservation will be canceled.
- All study spaces are only available during Biddle Law Library's hours of operation, posted on our online calendar. Students must be packed up and ready to exit the library when it closes.
- Students may use unoccupied study rooms or docking stations without a reservation; however, students with reservations always have priority seating. Please relinquish the space if a student with a reservation arrives. Any problems with this should be reported immediately to the Circulation Desk in person or at 215-898-7478.
